Highland Trails is an exciting new construction project in West Littleton designed for seniors aged 55 and over. When finished, the property will boast many amenities, thoughtfully designed floorplans, and on-site management to make every day a breeze.

As part of the Denver-Aurora metropolitan area and the Front Range Urban Corridor, Littleton offers a vibrant suburban setting. The project features an 88-unit, four-story building that will accommodate seniors earning between 20-80% AMI. 

Additionally, Foothills Regional Housing has awarded 20 Project-Based Vouchers specifically for very low-income seniors at 20-30% AMI, ensuring that those most in need have access to safe and affordable housing.
